Environmentally Friendly Transblue®
TRANSBLUE® is a high purity diesel exhaust fluid developed to help reduce the harmful exhaust emissions produced by diesel engines. Used in vehicles equipped with SCR technology, this solution helps convert the harmful nitrogen oxides present in exhaust gas into nitrogen and water vapour that cause no environmental harm.
Composed of high purity urea and deionised water, TRANSBLUE® supports the emission systems of modern diesel vehicles with its clear composition, reliable formula and environmentally conscious properties. Being non toxic and non flammable, it is safe to transport and use.
Transblue® Quality Assurance
TRANSBLUE® is a diesel exhaust fluid composed of high purity deionised water and 32.5% urea, supporting the reduction of harmful exhaust emissions in diesel vehicles with SCR systems. The purity of the product, its correct chemical balance and its conformity to standards are of great importance for the efficiency and long life of the SCR system.
TRANSBLUE® is produced in line with ISO 22241 quality standards. Quality control processes are applied at every stage from production through storage and filling, preserving the reliable and consistent structure of the product.
Storage Conditions
Appropriate storage is essential to preserve the quality and chemical structure of TRANSBLUE®. The product should be kept in cool, dry and well ventilated areas, protected from direct sunlight, extreme temperature changes and the risk of contamination.
TRANSBLUE® should be stored between −10 °C and +30 °C wherever possible, and the caps of the packaging should be closed tightly after use. Contact with water, fuel, oil, dust or other chemical substances must be prevented.
Stainless steel, suitable grade plastic or otherwise product compatible equipment should be used for storage and transfer. Containers previously used for a different substance, whose cleanliness and suitability have not been verified, should not be used.
Applications
TRANSBLUE® is a high purity exhaust fluid used to help reduce harmful nitrogen oxide emissions in diesel engine vehicles equipped with SCR technology. As emission standards have become widespread, it has become an important requirement across many diesel vehicle groups, from passenger cars to heavy commercial vehicles.
It can be safely used in trucks, tractor units, buses, minibuses and diesel cars, as well as tractors, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, mining vehicles, generators and other industrial diesel engines fitted with SCR systems.
